摘　　要：水利水电工程需要充分考虑生态环境保护,要减少对水体、土壤、生物等不良影响,注重政府监管、法制建设、技术创新,充分重视生态环境意识的加强,做好工程施工、运营监管与相关防控措施干预,做好相关舆论引导,促使相关保护工作的完成。Environmental protection should be taken into full consideration in water conservancy and hydropower project, meanwhile we Should reduce the adverse effects on water, soil, biology and so on. For this, measures as government regulation, legal construction and technological innovation should be taken, pay more-attentien to the enhancement of ecological environment consciousness, attach enough importance to the supervision of engineering construction and operation, guide the public opinion correctly.
