摘 要:为解决煤矿采空区的积聚瓦斯涌向工作面,从而造成工作面以及回风流的瓦斯超限难题,潞安集团余吾煤业有限公司根据自身实际情况,在N2105工作面结合瓦斯抽采治理与采矿技术,开展了地面钻井抽采瓦斯采动影响煤层及采空区瓦斯试验。试验结果表明:随着工作面推过钻井的距离增大,顶底板裂隙逐渐发育,采空区顶板垮落,观测期间的瓦斯浓度由最初的12.2%增长到69.4%;产气平稳阶段的瓦斯纯流量由1.32 m^3/min上升为13.94 m^3/min;31 d内的累计瓦斯抽采量为30.704万m^3,产气平稳阶段(瓦斯纯流量在9 m^3/min以上)达13 d,占总抽采瓦斯期41.9%。该试验有效解决了工作面回采时的瓦斯超限难题,实现了高瓦斯矿井的煤与瓦斯共采。In order to solve the problem of gas overrun caused by the accumulation of gas in the mined-out area of coal mine, which caused the working face and the return air flow, Lu'an Group Yuwu Coal Industry Co., Ltd. according to its actual situation, combined with gas extraction in N2105 working face Management and mining technology to carry out the ground drilling and mining gas mining affect coal and goal gas test.
