赞皇县观光采摘园游客满意度研究

摘　　要：观光采摘园是赞皇县休闲农业的主要组成部分,为了了解游客满意度对赞皇县休闲农业的影响,促进赞皇县休闲旅游发展,在对赞皇县观光采摘园实地调研的基础上,运用主成分分析法对赞皇县观光采摘园游客满意度进行分析,构建了由14个指标组成的游客满意度评价指标体系。经分析计算,游客满意度总得分为4.681,其中空气质量(6.20)、果品质量(6.12)、园区知名度(6.10)3项分值较高,排名最后的3项分别是指示牌数量(3.57)、基础设施数量(3.86)、参与体验项目(4.42);根据评价结果提出强化园区可识别度、完善园区基础设施、丰富园区体验活动项目等相关建议,以增强园区吸引力。The sightseeing picking park is the major part of leisure agriculture in Zanhuang county. In order to understand the impact of tourist satisfaction and to promote the develop ment of leisure tourism in Zanhuang county, the research on the tourist satisfaction of the sightseeing and picking park is very important for the Zanhuang county leisure agriculture. Based on the investigation of the parks, using the principal component analysis method, the evaluation index system composed of 14 indicators was constructed to analyze the tourists＇ satisfaction degree of Zanhuang county tourism picking garden. By analysis and calculation, the total score of visitors＇ satisfaction is 4. 681, and the scores of the air quality（6.20）, fruit quality（6.12）, park popularity（6.10）are high. The last 3 ranking items are the number of signs （3.57）, the number of infrastructure （3.86）, and the participation experience project （4.4Z）. According to the evaluation results, it is proposed to strengthen the recognition of the park, improve the infrastructure, and enrich the experience activities to enhance the attractiveness of the park.
