摘  要:转子一点接地是汽轮发电机常见的故障形式之一。文章结合某1 030 MW发电机转子接地保护运行中"转子一点接地"误报警问题,现场检查排除了发电机转子外部接地情况,通过试验确定汽端大轴接地铜辫处的打火放电是造成误报警的原因。结合该保护装置建立数学模型,对所采用的不同保护方式分别进行理论分析,找到理论上可能导致报警误发的原因,总结出发电机转子接地报警后的排查重点,以指导同类型发电机运行检修工作。Rotor one-point grounding is one of familiar faults of the turbine generator. This paper elaborated and analyzed an incident of false alarm that a rotor grounding protection device of one 1 030 MW generator when the generator was running. After check,no grounding points were found in the exterior of the generator. Through a test,it was sure that sparks existing in the copper grounding braids of the shaft in the turbine end were the reason for this alarm. This paper built mathematic models according to the protection device,elaborated the reason for malfunction of different protection devices,and indicated what should be lay emphasis during the check when alarm appeared. It will be beneficial to the operation and maintenance of the same-type generator.
