摘　　要：礞石滚痰丸是临床上治疗各种实热老痰证和各种顽痰怪证的常用验方。王素梅教授结合小儿脾常不足、易生痰湿,体禀纯阳、痰易热化之特点。结合痰湿、痰浊易于蒙蔽心神,痰热极易生风动阳之病机转化的特点,化裁礞石滚痰丸为加味礞石滚痰汤,临床治疗小儿自闭症、注意力缺陷多动障碍及多发性抽动症等儿科心肝系疾病,在临床上取得了很好的疗效。Mengshi Guntan Pill has been proved to be an empirical formula in treating various excessive phlegm-heat syndromes as well as complex symptoms due to long-term phlegm in clinical practice. With physiological features of children,deficiency in spleen often generates dampness and accumulates phlegm with children＇ s pure-yang constitution and tendency of having phlegmheat syndrome. Combined with the pathogenesis that phlegm dampness and turbid phlegm tends to disturb heart and mind and excessive phlegm-heat will generate wind,Professor Wang Sumei used modified Mengshi Guntan Pill and applied it to treat certain pediatric heart and liver diseases,such as autism,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ADHD） and tourette syndrome（TS）,which has achieved good clinical therapeutic effects.
