摘　　要：尿路结石一病为泌尿外科常见病与多发病。刘景源教授辨治尿路结石多以下焦湿热立论,循"化""导""推""排"四法,重调畅气血,制四金排石汤随症加减,药专效捷,颇具特色。文章从以上几个方面对刘景源教授临证经验做详细介绍,并附医案举隅。Urolithiasis is a common and frequently occurring disease in urology. Professor Liu Jingyuan＇s syndrome differentiation and treatment of urolithiasis is mostly based on the theory of dampness-heat in lower energizer,following the four methods of＂transforming＂,＂removing＂,＂pushing＂and＂discharging＂to harmonize the qi and blood again. The Sijin Paishi Decoction（Four Golds to Expel Stone Decoction） was used and the dosage was modified according to symptoms. The medicine was effective and the treatment was very distinctive. This paper introduced professor Liu Jingyuan＇ s clinical experience in detail and some relevant medical cases were taken as examples.
