摘 要:目的 分析健康教育新模式预防血吸虫感染的效果。方法 选取2014年4月~2015年4月健康查体无血吸虫感染者226例分为传统组和新模式组,各113例。传统组用传统健康教育模式,新模式组用健康教育新模式。干预1年后对纳入的对象进行血防知识调查、接触疫水调查和血吸虫感染调查。结果 1年后新模式组血吸虫感染率比传统组低(1.80.9%比6.2%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。新模式组血吸虫预防知识达标率比传统组高(94.7%比64.6%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。新模式组防护率比传统组高(90.3%比37.2%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 对接触血吸虫疫水的人员采用健康宣教结合防护培训的健康教育新模式能够提高人们的防护率,加深对血吸虫预防知识的认识,降低血吸虫感染率。Objective To analyze the effect of new mode of health education on prevention of schistosomiasis infection. Methods In 2014,4-2015,4 choose 226 cases of schistosomiasis without infection were divided into the traditional group and the new model group With 113 cases in each group.Traditional group received traditional health education model,the new model group received a new model of health education.One year after ,schistosomiasis infection investigation and investigation of schistosomiasis were carried out. Results One year later the infection rate of schistosomiasis in the new model group was lower than that in the traditional group (0.9% vs 6.2%, P〈0.05). The rate of schistosomiasis prevention in the new model group was higher than that in the traditional group (94.7% vs 64.6%, P〈0.05). The protection rate of the new model group was higher than that of the traditional group (90.3% vs 37.2%, P〈0.05). Conclusion The new model of health education with health education combined with protection training can improve people's protection rate,increase the knowledge of schistosomiasis prevention knowledge and reduce the infection rate of schistosomiasis.
