苏黄止咳胶囊治疗非肺炎感染后咳嗽的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察苏黄止咳胶囊治疗非肺炎感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法回顾性分析深圳市福田区人民医院呼吸科非肺炎感染后咳嗽且中医辨证诊断为风咳证患者60例,其中,治疗组给予苏黄止咳胶囊,对照组给予复方甲氧那明胶囊。两组患者治疗疗程均为1周,比较两组患者的临床症状。结果治疗组患者和对照组患者治疗后有效率均为93.33%(28/30)(P>0.05);两组患者治疗3 d和7 d后咳嗽症状严重程度评分(按咳嗽频率、程度评分)均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊治疗非肺炎感染后咳嗽,可有效缓解咳嗽症状。【Objective】To observe the clinical effect of Suhuang Zhike capsule in the treatment of cough after non-pneumonia infection.【Methods】A total of 60 patients with cough after non-pneumonia infection were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Suhuang Zhike capsules, and the control group was given compound methoxyphenamine hydrochloride capsules. The treatment course was 1 week. The clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.【Results】The total effective rate of two groups were 93.3%, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group（P 0.05）; after treatment, The main symptom scores（cough frequency, cough severity scores） in both groups were reduced compared with those before treatment（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】Suhuang Zhike capsule is effective in the treatment of non-pneumonia infection cough by relieving symptoms of cough.
