摘　　要：目的 :调查芜湖市大学生牙科恐惧症的患病程度以及临床原因,分析牙科恐惧症产生的原因以及不同因素对患病程度的影响。方法:随机选取芜湖市1500名大学生进行问卷调查,问卷包括牙科恐惧量表和原因量表。结果:性别、专业、学历和性格的不同对患病程度的影响不同;"害怕疼痛"是引起牙科恐惧症最常见的原因,其次是"担心医生技术不好"和"恐惧看牙时的环境、牙科器械的声音、药物的特殊味道","自身不愉快经历,或源于家长、亲友转述"所占比例较小,使患者产生恐惧的原因中比例最小的是"媒体的‘力量’——影视剧、漫画的负面宣传"。结论:牙科恐惧症的发生由多种因素造成,临床和生活中可以根据不同的原因采取不同的措施。Objective：prevalence survey of Wuhu City College of dental fear and clinical reasons,analysis of causes influencing dental fear produced by different factors on the prevalence and extent.Methods：randomly selected in Wuhu City,conducted a questionnaire survey of 1500 college students,the questionnaire including dental fear scale and scale.Results：gender.Professional degree,effect and character of different disease degree is different;the＂fear of pain＂is the most common cause of dental fear,followed by＂the doctor worry about bad＂ and i＂fear of the dentist＇s eny inomment, dental instruments sound,special taste＂ drugs,＂the unpleasant experience,Or from parents,relatives and friends reporting a smaller proportion of why patients fear the smallest proportion is the＂media＂ power＂-TV drama,comic negative publicity＂.Conclusion：the occurrence of dental fear caused by a variety of factors,clinical and life can take different measures according to different the reason.
