摘　　要：文章探讨了目前图书馆在开展学科服务中遇到的瓶颈问题,对上海交通大学学科服务的战略规划做了详细的解读,其学科服务战略管理是一个成功的值得大家学习的典范。认为学科服务的战略管理是关系到图书馆服务发展的未来和图书馆的可持续发展的战略保障。This paper discusses the current academic libraries in carrying out the bottlenecks encountered in service,subject to the Shanghai Jiao Tong University＇s strategic planning services,a detailed interpretation of the subject services for a successful strategic management is a model worth studying.Strategic management of academic services that are related to the development of library services and library of the future sustainable development of strategic security.
