摘  要:Articular cartilage plays an important role in weight-bearing and movement.However,it is also more easily damaged in intra-articular fractures.As the cartilage has no vessel and nerve,so it is hardly to repair itself once damaged seriously.Tissue engineering is a potential way to cure the cartilage damage because it combines scaffold and cells.GelsArticular weight-bearing cartilage plays an important role in and movement. Tissue engi- neering is a potential way to cure the cartilage dam- age because it combines scaffold and cells. Gels are commonly used as the base material for 3D bio- vide prin the ting, which had been proved that it can pro- environment of extracellular matrix. Icariin (ICA), a traditional Chinese medicine which has been demonstrated to be a promoting compound for extracellular matrix synthesis and gene expression of chondrocytes, is employed to investigate its poten- tial ability in improving cell viability and promoting matrix secretion. The operating parameters for print- ing accurate composite bioscaffold were studied.
