茶薪菇单核与双核厚垣孢子的比较研究

摘  要:以2株茶薪菇为材料,通过形态观察、杂交配对、出菇试验、耐热性比较等方法,研究了单核与双核厚垣孢子的差异,确定了其无性循环生活史。研究表明:单核孢子体积较小,呈梨形,多端生;双核孢子体积稍大,多梨形、少数葫芦状或不规则状,端生或中生;紫外辐照未发现厚垣孢子形态变化;相同培养条件下单核孢子数量较多,4~38个/视野,双核厚垣孢子耐热性较强,45℃处理8h萌发率达5.6%。Taking two samples of Agrocybe chaxingu as material, differences between mono- nuclear chlamydospore and binuclear chlamydospore are studied and the asexual life cycle is determined through phenotypic observation, which includes hybridization, germination exper- iment, and comparison of the resistance to high temperature. Results show that monokaryotic spores are comparatively small, pear-shaped, and multi-terminal; binuclear spores are com- paratively large, likely to be pear-shaped with a few of gourd-shape or irregular shape, termi- nal or mesogenous. After ultraviolet irradiation, no morphological change of chlamydospores is observed. Under the same culture conditions, the number of mononuclear chlamydospores is larger, 4-38 per field of vision. Binuclear chlamydospores are more resistant to high temper- ature, with 5.6% germination rate at 45℃ after 8 hours.
