小青龙汤加减治疗感染后咳嗽临床观察与探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨小青龙汤加减方对感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取2015年11月至2016年3月我院呼吸科门诊80例咳嗽患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例,对照组服以阿斯美胶囊,每1~2粒/次,日3次口服;治疗组以小青龙汤加减,日1剂,武火水煎,每次煎取100 mL,日2次早晚餐前口服。对比两组患者治疗前后咳嗽、中医证候积分变化,临床疗效,不良反应等指标。结果两组治疗后咳嗽积分、中医证候积分较治疗前均有改善,差异有统计学意义;组间比较,治疗组优于对照组。总有效率比较,治疗组明显高于对照组。对照组青年患者中出现5例副反应;治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论小青龙汤加减对于感染后咳嗽具有很好的临床效果,不良反应小,改善明显,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction on clinical effect of cough after infection. Methods From November 2015 to March 2016 in the outpatient department of respiration in our hospital, 80 cases of cough patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 cases each, the control group took Yiasimei capsules, 1 - 2 each time, 3 times a day oral treatment group; small Qinglong Decoction, daily 1 agent, Wu- huo decoction, decoction of 100 mL each time, 2 times a day before breakfast and dinner orally. The two groups were compared before and after treatment of cough, clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome integral change, adverse reactions and other indicators. Results The two groups after treatment cough score, TCM syndrome integral treatment were im- proved, the difference was statistically significant; comparison between groups, the treatment group than the control group. The total effective rate between the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. The control group of young patients with adverse reaction in 5 cases ; the treatment group had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclu- sions Xiaoqing The decoction has a very good clinical effect, the adverse reaction is small, the improvement is obvious, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
