胺碘酮与美托洛尔联合应用治疗急性心力衰竭伴室性心律失常的临床评价

摘　　要：目的分析胺碘酮与美托洛尔联合应用治疗急性心力衰竭伴室性心律失常的临床疗效,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法研究对象选取2014年4月~2016年3月收治的64例急性心力衰竭伴室性心律失常患者,随机将患者分为研究组和对照组各32例。对照组患者单独应用美托洛尔进行治疗,研究组患者联合应用美托洛尔与胺碘酮治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效与心功能改善情况。结果研究组患者的总有效率高于对照组,对比差异结果显著(P<0.05);研究组患者的各项心功能指标结果优于对照组,对比差异结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗中均未出现明显不良反应,安全性较高。结论胺碘酮和美托洛尔联合治疗急性心力衰竭伴室性心律失常的疗效可靠,安全性高,具有较高的应用价值。Objective The clinical effect of combined application of amiodarone and metoprolol in the treatment of a- cute heart failure associated with ventricular arrhythmia, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods A total of 64 cases with acute heart failure associated with ventricular arrhythmia in Hunnan District Central Hospital from April 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research subjects. These patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 32 cases with each group. The control group only treated with metoprolol, and the study group received metoprolol and amiodarone combined medication regimen. The clinical efficacy and cardiac function improvement of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the cardiac function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group, the difference was also statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment, and the safety was high. Conclusions Theclinical effect of combined application of amiodarone andmetoprolol in the treatment of acute heart failure associated with ventricular arrhythmia is remarkable. The treatment regi- men has the advantages of reliable effect, high safety, and high application value.
