摘　　要：目的研究对于接受关节镜下异体骨-髌腱-骨前交叉韧带重建术的患者,为其提供围手术期护理服务的应用效果。方法将2015年3月~2016年3月收治的50例手术患者,按照入院先后顺序将其划分为常规组25例与干预组25例,常规组患者接受手术期间一般护理流程,干预组患者接受围手术期护理干预服务,观察两组患者满意度。结果常规组患者满意度为72%,干预组满意度为92%,干预组较高,P<0.05。结论对于接受韧带重建术患者而言,做好围手术护理措施,大部分患者表示满意度较高。Objective To study the clinical application effect of perioperative nursing interventions during the arthro- scopic reconstruction of allograft hone - patellar ligament - anterior cruciate ligament. Methods 50 patients treated from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the ad- mission time of hospital, 25 cases each group. The conventional group adopted the conventional nursing care; the inter- vention group adopted the perioperative nursing interventions. The patient＇ s satisfaction for two groups was observed. Results The satisfaction for conventional group （72%） was significantly lower than that of intervention group （92%） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions During the arthroscopic reconstruction, the perioperative nursing interventions can improve the patient＇ s satisfaction.
