摘  要:本文即采用先进的计算流体力学两相流模型对纵向开槽阳极周围的熔体流动情况进行模拟,并结合生产实际中产生的问题对现有的开槽方案进行优化。研究发现,开槽技术显著降低阳极底面气相率;对于底面1850mm×740mm和1750mm×740mm的阳极,沿宽度方向接近三等分时阳极底面的气相率最低;对于阳极倾斜开槽可用水平开槽设计代替,将开槽深度统一到较深的一端,延长开槽的使用时间。An advanced computational fluid dynamics (CFD) two - phase model was used in this paper to simulate the hath flow around longitudinally slot- ted anodes. Combined with some encountered problems in aluminum smehem, some optimization efforts were explored on the slot design by this modeling method. It was found that the slotting technology significantly reduced the gas holdup beneath the anodes; for the bottom of 1850mm × 740mm and 1750mm × 740mm anodes, a trisected slotted design along the width direction produced the minimum gas holdup; for the inclined slot in use today, it was acceptable to use the horizontally slotted design instead of it.
