摘  要:铝用炭素材料电阻率测试原理是欧姆定律,目前主要依据有色金属行业标准推荐的方法来进行测定。通过对电阻率各个分量测量不确定度评价,可以得到电阻率的不确定度。单个试样电阻率的影响因素中,电压测量不确定度影响比较大。铝用炭素材料是非常不均匀的材料,不仅不同炭块间电阻率测量差异较大,同一炭块上不同部位取样,电阻率测量结果波动也比较大。The resistivity measurement principle of carbon materials for aluminum industry is Ohmg law. At present, the resistivity is mainly measured ac- cording to the recommended method in the non - ferrous metal industry standards. By evaluating the measurement uncertainty of each component of the re- sistivity, the uncertainty of the resistivity can be obtained. Among the influence factors of the resistivity of a single sample, the uncertainty of the voltage measurement is relatively important, Carbon materials for aluminum industry are very inhomogeneous materials, not only resistivity of different carbon blocks were larger difference, sampling in different parts of a same carbon block can also cause similar oroblems.
