摘 要:采用通用有限元软件建立铝合金三管通信塔模型,分析其结构的内力、位移,研究了构件和节点的计算,以及工程中应注意的问题。对不同根开的铝合金三管通信塔的相关参数进行了对比分析,统计了主要材料的用量,并对其经济性进行了对比分析,为实际工程应用提供参考。研究表明:铝合金材料用于三管通信塔能够满足结构设计要求,加大根开能够有效减少主管内力,但对减少通信塔的材料用量效果不明显,实际工程中应综合多方面因素确定铝合金三管通信塔的适用性。The general finite element software was used to establish the model of aluminum alloy throe -tube communication tower, and the internal force and displacement of the structure were analyzed. The calculation method of the component and the node was studied, and the problems that should be paid attention to in the project were also studied. The related parameters of different root span of aluminum alloy throe - tube communication towers were com- pared and analyzed, and the amount of the main material was counted, and its economy was compared and analyzed, which provides rofcronce fur the practical engineering application. The results show that the aluminum alloy material can meet the structural design requiroments, and increasing the root span can effectively reduce the interual force of the main pipe, but the effect of reducing the material quantity of the communication tower is not obvious. The applicability of the throe - tube communication tower of aluminum alloy should be determined according to various factors in practical engineering.
