摘 要:目的:观察茴香提取液对糖尿病大鼠血酯水平和心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的影响。方法:腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立大鼠糖尿病模型,模型成功后,随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组、茴香低剂组和茴香高剂组,另设正常对照组。通过茴香水提取液灌胃干预30 d后,测定大鼠血糖、血酯和心肌组织SOD的活性、MDA和GSH的含量。结果:与模型组相比,茴香高剂组和茴香低剂组能明显降低大鼠的空腹血糖(FBG)(P<0.01),抑制血清中胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的生成,提高高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量(P<0.01,P<0.05);SOD和GSH有所升高,MDA有所降低,但差异无显著性。结论:茴香具有降低血糖、调节血脂代谢紊乱的作用,对心肌组织SOD、MDA和GSH的影响不明显。OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Foeniculum vulgare water extraction liquid on blood lipid and myocardial SOD,MDA and GSH in diabetic rats.METHODS Streptozotocin was injected intraperitoneally to establish rat diabetic models,then rats were divided into model group,metformined group,low and high dose Foeniculum vulgare groups randomly.In addition,normal group was also assigned as control.After Foeniculum vulgare extract was gavaged for 30 days,blood glucose,lipids,myocardial superoxide dismutase(SOD),content of malondiadehyde(MDA)and glutathione(GSH)were determined.RESULTS Compared with model group,low and high dose Foeniculum vulgare group lowered fasting blood glucose(FBG)obviously(P〈0.01),inhibited production of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholestesterol(LDLC)in serum,and increased high density lipoprotein cholestesterol(HDLC)(P〈0.01 or 0.05).SOD and GSH increased while MDA decreased,however without significance.CONCLUSION Foeniculum vulgare can lower blood glucose and adjust dyslipidemia,but it has no discernible effect on myocardial tissue SOD,MDA or GSH.
