摘  要:目的速度向量成像(VVI)评价曲美他嗪早期干预对糖尿病大鼠左室功能的影响。方法SD大鼠随机分糖尿病组(DM)、曲美他嗪组(TMZ)和对照组(NC)。链脲佐菌素诱导DM模型,TMZ组曲美他嗪10mg/(kg·d)灌胃,NC组和DM组生理盐水灌胃,治疗8周后行VVI检查,并取心肌组织透射电镜检测。结果除收缩期径向峰值速度(Vs)外,TMZ组舒张期径向峰值速度(Vd)、径向峰值应变(Sr)、收缩和舒张期径向峰值应变率(收缩期SRr、舒张期SRr)、切向峰值应变(Sc)、收缩和舒张期切向峰值应变率(收缩期SRc、舒张期SRc)均较DM组增高(P均<0.05)。TMZ组心肌纤维及线粒体结构较DM组改善。结论曲美他嗪早期干预能改善心肌超微结构,增强糖尿病大鼠左室收缩和舒张功能。Objective To estimate the effect of trimetazidine on left ventricular function in diabetic rats with velocity vector imaging(VVI). Methods Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control group(NC), diabetes mellitus group(DM) and trimetazidine group(TMZ). DM model was induced with streptozotocin. Rats in TMZ group were given trimetazidine intragastric administration for 8 weeks. After that, all rats were performed with VVI and myocardial tissue were collected for transmission electron microscopy. Results Except for systolic radial velocity (Vs), parameters of diastolic radial veloeity(Vd), radial strain(St), systolic and diastolic radial strain rate(systolic SRr, diastolic SRr), circumferential strain (So), systolic and diastolic circumferential strain rate (systolic SRc, diastolic SRc) in TMZ group were higher than DM group(P〈0.05). Myocardial ultrastrueture abnormalities in TMZ group were ameliorated compared to DM group. Conclusions Trimetazidine can protect myocardial ultrastructure and improve the systolic and diastolic function of left ventricular in diabetic rats.
