摘　　要：目的探讨超声在臀部肿物诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法对比超声引导下穿刺活检病理,回顾性分析50例臀部肿物超声检查在诊断肿物良恶性中的价值。结果臀部良恶性肿物超声表现中病变的形态、边界、内部回声及所在层次差异存在统计学差异。结论超声可对臀部肿物的良恶性做出初步诊断,为进一步诊治提供帮助。Objective The aim is to investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in mass of buttocks. Methods A review was conducted in 50 cases of buttocks＇ masses and the ultrasonographic images were studied retrospectively. Results The ultrasonographic features including shape, margin, echo and location had significant differences between malignant and benign masses in buttocks. Conclusions Ultrasound can provide a primary diagnosis in buttocks＇ masses, which may offer help for further diagnosis and treatment.
