中日制造业全球价值链地位测度及其比较分析

摘　　要：基于OECD-TIVA数据库提供的基础数据,本文在测算1995-2009年中日制造业各部门全球价值链参与度、全球价值链长度指数和距离最终需求距离指数的基础上,比较分析了中日制造业全球价值链地位状况。所得结论表明:1995-2009年,中日制造业全球价值链参与度不断上升,且中国的上升幅度显著大于日本。中日制造业嵌入全球价值链的模式存在显著差异,中国制造业主要通过后向参与嵌入全球价值链,而日本中高技术部门主要通过前向参与嵌入全球价值链,值得注意的是,中国制造业的全球价值链嵌入模式正逐步由后向参与向前向嵌入转变。进一步从全球价值链长度指数来看,中日制造业的全球价值链长度均不断延伸,且中国各制造业部门的全球价值链长度及其国内部分均显著大于日本,这说明中国承担全球制造业价值链生产阶段的数量相对多于日本。最后从最终需求距离指数来看,中国制造业各部门的最终需求距离指数都高于日本,说明与日本相比,中国制造业在全球价值链中的地位相对较高。Based on the ＂Trade in Value Added Database＂ published by WTO and OECD, this paper calculates the participation, the length and the distance of final demand of GVCs of the manufacturing sectors in China and Japan from 1995 to 2009, and then compares China＇ s positions of GVCs of the manufacturing industry with Japan. The results show that： during the period from 1995 to 2009, the participation of GVCs of the manufacturing industry becomes deeper in China and Japan, and increasing amplitude is lager in China than Japan; but embedded mode of GVCs in manufacturing industry is different between the two countries; the embedded mode of GVCs in China＇ s manufacturing industry is almost backward partition, while the medium and high technology sectors in Japan are forward partition. Remarkably, the manufacturing industry＇ s embedded mode of GVCs in China turns to forward partition from backward partition gradually. Based on the length of GVCs, the length of GVCs of the manufacturing industry becomes longer in China and Japan, and every manufacturing sectors length and the domestic length in China are longer than Japan remarkably. It indicts that the number of production stage in China＇s manufacturing sectors of GVCs is more than that in Japan. Lastly, from the distance of final demand of GVCs perspective, every manufacturing sector in China＇s distance of final demand of GVCs is bigger than that in Japan, which indicts the manufacturing industry in China, owns a higher position than that in Japan.
