摘　　要：糖尿病足是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,近年来的研究显示,脂肪间充质干细胞(adipose mesenchymal stem cells,AMSCs)作为一种来源充足的干细胞,在糖尿病足治疗方面具有很大的潜力。我们总结了近年来A-MSCs应用于糖尿病足的研究进展,并提出了其可能的机制及展望。Diabetic foot is one of the serious complications of diabetes. Adipose mesenchymal stem cells are an abundant source of stem cells, and emerging results suggested that adipose mesenchymal stem cells play essential roles in the treatment of diabetic foot. Here we discuss the advance of adipose mesenchymal stem cells in diabetic foot. Roles and functional mechanisms of adipose mesenchymal stem cells in diabetic foot are summarized, and insights into current and future studies are presented.
