摘  要:近10年高压直流输电工程快速发展,国内高压直流输电控制系统技术主要来自干ABB和SIEMENS 2家供应商。在直流控制系统中直流线路故障重启动功能是保证直流系统正常高效运行的必要手段。通过±500kV天广直流一次线路故障重启动异常分析,发现在基于ABB高压直流输电控制技术的南瑞PCS-9551直流极控系统中(±500kV牛从直流也使用该套系统),线路故障重启动功能存在不能按预定电压重启的问题。经过分析指出该问题因重启动计数器延时计数引起,通过天广直流仿真平台开展了RTDS仿真试验,对消除该类型故障提出可行性建议及解决方案。High voltage direct current (HVDC) has been developing rapidly in the past 10 years, and China's HVDC control technologies basically come from ABB and SIEMENS. In the DC control system, DC line fault recovery is an important means to ensure normal and efficient operation of the DC system. By analyzing a fault recovery abnormality with the ±500 kV Tianguang DC line, this paper finds out that the line recovery function of Nanrui PCS-9551 DC pole control system (also used in the ±500 kV Niucong DC engineering), which is based on HVDC control technology from ABB, fails to restart in accordance with the preset voltage. After further analysis, the problem is found to be caused by the time delay before the restart counter works. The RTDS simulated test is carried out on the Tianguang DC simulation platform to propose feasible suggestions and solutions for such a problem.
