摘 要:针对银行惜贷背景下传统模型难以准确估计物流基础设施建设对外部资金依赖度高等问题,构建一种物流基础设施建设投入和银行惜贷关系模型,分析基础设施投入对银行惜贷的影响。以湖南省物流基础设施建设项目为例,以2012年至2016年完成的物流基础设施建设项目投入数据和财务数据作为原始数据样本,研究银行惜贷对物流基础设施建设投入的影响。结果表明,湖南省物流基础设施建设投入水平仍然偏低,银行惜贷对物流基础设施建设投资增速的影响较为明显,融资不足制约了投资的增长。For banks to lend in the context of the traditional model is difficult to accurately estimate the construction of logistics infrastructure, the high dependence of external funds, build a logistics infrastructure spending and banks reluctant to lend the relational model, the analysis of the effect of infrastructure investment on banks to lend.Research in logistics infrastructure construction projects in Hunan province for example, in 2012 to 2012 years to complete the logistics infrastructure construction projects of input data and financial data as the original data sample, research on the construction of logistics infrastructure investment banks reluctant to lend.The results show that the Hunan province logistics infrastructure spending level is still low, banks reluctant to lend to logistics infrastructure construction investment growth is relatively obvious, the influence of financing shortage restricts the investment growth.
