摘　　要：本人结合政府及事业单位开办费编制、审核工作经验,对此类项目咨询工作进行了初步探索。本文从政府及事业单位开办费编制、审核及审批这三个阶段,阐述了开办费编制的依据、编制过程中遇到的问题、审批流程以及审核的依据和重点,为政府及事业单位开办费的资金申请提供有力的支持。combine organization expense compilation and auditing work experience of government and public institutions for prelimi- nary exploration on consultation work of similar projects. In the paper, organization expense compilation basis, problems in compilation process, audit and approval flow as well as audit basis and keys are described in three stages of organization expense compilation, audit and approval of government and public institutions, thereby providing powerful support for application of organization expense of government and public institutions.
