摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定芎菊上清丸中绿原酸和栀子苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为DIKMA Platisil ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液,采用梯度洗脱,检测波长为240 nm,流速为1 m L/min。结果绿原酸、栀子苷的线性范围分别为0.05~1μg(R=0.999 9)和0.08~1.6μg(R=0.999 8),此范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。结论该法检测效率高,专属性强,重复性好。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and geniposide in Xiongju Shangqing pills. Methods The separation was performed on a DIKMA Platisil ODS column（ 250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） with gradient elution using methanol and 0. 1% H3PO4 aqueous solution as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 m L / min,and detection wavelengths were 240 nm. Results Linear ranges of chlorogenic acid and geniposide concentrations were 0. 05～1 μg（ R = 0. 999 9）,0. 08～1. 6 μg（ R = 0. 999 8） respectively. Conclusion The HPLC method established can be used to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid and geniposide in Xiongju Shangqing pills.
