摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为功能单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,丁酮为有机溶剂,采用自由基溶液聚合法合成了含羟基官能团的丙烯酸酯光敏低聚物。当m(MMA):m(BA)=30:10、HEA用量占单体10%~15%、AIBN用量占单体1.0%时,得到的丙烯酸酯预聚体黏度适中,并以此预聚物为基体树脂,探讨了活性稀释剂种类、光引发剂种类及用量对光敏树脂固化时间的影响,同时研究了其耐水、耐酸碱性和热稳定性。结果显示以三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)为活性稀释剂,D1173为光引发剂,且D1173用量占8%时,光敏树脂固化时间较短,产物可用作光敏涂料或光固化胶粘剂。The acrylate photosensitive resin with hydroxyl group was synthesized by solution free radical polymerization using MMA and BA as the main monomers, HEA as the functional monomer, ABIN as the initiator and butanone as the organic solvent. When the weight ratio of MMA and BA was 30 : 10, the amounts of HEA and AIBN was 10%- 15% and 1.0 % by monomer weight, respectively, the viscosity of acrylate prepolyrner was moderate. The effects of the type of active diluent, the type and amount of photoinitiator on the curing time of photosensitive resin were discussed, and the water, acid, alkaline resistance and the thermal stability of photoinitiator resin were also studied. The results show that using TMPTA as the active diluent, 8% ofdl173 as the photosensitive, the acrylate resin has a shorter curing time, and the product can be used as the photosensitive coating and adhesive.
