摘  要:树突细胞(Dendritic cells,DCs)可以捕获黏膜感染部位的HIV并携带至引流淋巴结,促进CD4+T淋巴细胞感染,DC-SIGN(CD209)在这一过程中起了至关重要的作用.吸食毒品会增加HIV感染机会,海洛因、甲基苯丙胺和可卡因是吸毒者常用的毒品,毒品作用于相应受体促使下游信号通路激活,调控DC-SIGN表达,削弱了免疫细胞对HIV的抑制功能,从而在多个环节促进HIV感染.考虑到不同毒品对人体免疫功能的复杂影响,该文重点对常用毒品、DCs和HIV感染之间的关系进行描述,特别是对信号通路在这个过程中的作用进行综述.Dendritic cells (DCs)can capture HIV from the mucosal site and carry it to the draining lymph nodes to promote CD4 + T cell infection.DC-SIGN(CD209)plays a vital role during this process. Heroin,methamphetamine and cocaine are the most abused drugs used by drug abusers,which can increase the opportunities of HIV infection.Drugs acting on the corresponding receptors activate the downstream signaling pathway and regulate the expression of DC-SIGN on the surface of DCs,weakening the inhibited effects of immune cells on HIV and promoting HIV infection in many aspects.Given the multiplex effects of drugs on immune function,this article reviews the relationship between abused drugs,DCs and HIV infection,particularly in the signal pathway on immune modulation.
