摘  要:为了提高抽水蓄能电站的经济效益,近半个世纪以来水泵水轮机的适用水头逐渐趋于高水头化。在此过程中,东芝水电公司针对高水头化出现的各种问题进行了技术开发。本文选取其中的三方面内容进行研究:一是对高水头水泵水轮机的信赖性的提高做出大贡献的动静叶片干涉导致转轮振动应力减少的研究开发;二是在高水头水泵水轮机水泵启动和调相运行工况下,水面下压时尾水管内水流变动的相关研究开发;三是为实现高水头水泵水轮机转轮的效率提高和低振动化,所做的长短叶片转轮的相关研究开发等。In order to improve the economic benefit of pumped storage power station, the applied head of pump turbine has been gradually tending to the high water head nearly half a century. The various problems caused by high water head was developed by Toshiba during this progress. This article covers three study out of them ( 1 ) The study on vibration stress reduction of runner caused by Rotor-Stator Interaction, which made a big contribution on reliability improvement of high water head pump-turbine. ( 2 ) Under the pump start and synchronous condenser operation conditions of high water head pump turbine, the relevant study on water flow changes in the draft tube while water surface pushing down. ( 3 ) The relevant study and development on splitter blade runner, in order to achieve efficiency improvement and lower vibration of high water head pump turbine runner.
