摘 要:完备可靠的安全监测系统对及时全面掌握大坝状态具有重要作用,目前不少大中型水库安全监测系统或因施工期成活率或已运行后出现部分设备老化、监测仪器损坏等现象,失去其大坝安全的"耳目"作用。为了系统地了解监测仪器的运行状况和评价现有监测设施的测值是否正常,就需对安全监测系统进行全面评价和鉴定。为此,本文利用层次分析法研究了混凝土坝监测系统评价指标体系及量化方法,分析了指标集、评价集和指标权重,构建了模糊评价模型,对西溪混凝土坝的安全监测系统进行了模糊综合评价,实例分析表明,评价结论符合工程实际。Complete and reliable safety monitoring system plays an important role in the comprehensive and timely grasp of dam safety behavior. At present some large and medium-sized reservoirs safety monitoring system lost their "eyes and ears" function of the dam safety, because of the low survival rate during the construction or a number of the aging equipment and the damaging monitoring equipment after operation. In order to systematically master the operation condition of the monitoring instrument and evaluate whether the measured values can really reflect the actual situation of the dam, we need to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the dam safety monitoring system. Therefore, in this paper, we study the evaluation index system of the concrete dam monitoring system and its quantitative methods using the AHP, analyzing the index sets, evaluation sets and index weight, building a fuzzy evaluation model, doing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the safety monitoring system for XiXi concrete dam, testing show that the evaluation conclusion accords with the engineering practice.
