新时期吉林省对俄务实合作研究

摘　　要：近几年,中俄关系达历史最好时期。一方面,双方在国家战略层面高度契合,在政策层面互惠互利,为吉林省对俄务实合作提供了新的历史机遇。另一方面,复杂多变的国际政治经济形势、俄罗斯相对较弱的经济环境以及吉林省与俄罗斯贸易、投资的劣势,为双方务实合作带来新的挑战。在新形势下,吉林省与俄罗斯在基础设施建设、产业领域开展积极合作,取得了阶段性成果。未来吉林省应抓住"一带一路"和俄罗斯远东超前发展区建设机遇,完善合作体制机制,谋求新的合作发展路径,为吉林省经济发展创造新的动力。In recent years, Sino - Russian relationship has achieved an unprecedented stage of development. For one thing, both sides establish highly consistent national strategies and policies of mutual benefit, which provide new historic opportunities for ji- lin Province＇s practical cooperation with Russia. For another, complex international political and economic situation, Russian weaker economic environment and Jilin Province- disadvantages of trade with Russia bring new challenges for practical coopera- tion. Under the new situation, the primary achievement has obtained in infrastructure construction and industry cooperation. In future, our province should seize opportunities of Constructions of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ and Advancing Development Area in the Russian Far East, improve cooperation mechanism, and seek new development path, which create new power for economic development.
