摘　　要：针对新型城镇化绿色发展问题,构建了新型城镇化绿色低碳协调发展的影响因素指标体系。以黑龙江省为例,采用主成分分析方法,借助SPSS统计软件,得出影响因素的分析结果,并从科技创新、产业结构和文化教育等方面提出新型城镇化绿色低碳协调发展的具体对策。It constructs a new system of influencing factors of the new urbanization with coordinated development of green and low-carbon on the problem of green development of new urbanization. The results of the analysis are deduced by using the principal component analysis method with the aid of SPSS statistical software and taking Heilongjiang as an example, and finally, concrete countermeasures are put forward on scientific and technological innovation, the industrial structure and cultural education, etc.
