摘　　要：目的:探讨磁共振成像(MRI)在法医临床司法鉴定中的价值,为法医临床司法鉴定提供依据。方法:收集近些年法医临床司法鉴定中因运用MRI技术对伤者进行复查诊断,判明损伤的性质、时间以及新鲜程度,分析其在法医临床司法鉴定中的价值。结论:通过MRI检查判断损伤时间、隐匿性损伤及积液性质,可靠性高,为法医司法鉴定提供了更多客观依据。Objective：To investigate the value of Magnetic Resonance Imaging（MRI）in Clinical Forensic Science of Judicial Expertise,and to provide evidence for Clinical Forensic Science of Judicial Expertise.Methods：Collecting review diagnosis in recent years by using MRI technology to ascertain the nature of injury,time and freshness in Clinical Forensic Science of Judicial Expertise,and analyzes its value in Clinical Forensic Science of Judicial Expertise.Conclusion：MRI examination has high reliability in determining the time of injury,occult injury and fluid nature,which also provide more objective basis for Forensic Judicial Expertise.
