独立学院教育质量保障体系现状分析与对策建议——以天津市独立学院为例

摘　　要：独立学院教育质量保障体系的建设是一项长期、复杂的系统工程。本文从实践的视角,以天津市独立学院为例,剖析了独立学院教育质量保障体系建设和运行的现状,在经验总结的基础上,从完善顶层设计、构建标准体系、加强要素建设、强化机制建设四个方面提出了加强独立学院教育质量保障体系建设的对策建议。The construction of Guarantee system of Education Quality in Independent Colleges is a long-run and complex project. From the practical perspective and based on Tianjin Independent colleges, this paper analyzes the construction and operation status of the Guarantee System. From the angle of its durability and based on the summary of its relevant experience, the paper also puts forward some suggestions on the perfection of its designing, constructing standard system, strengthening the construction of key factors and consolidating mechanism construction to consolidate the Guarantee system of Education Quality in Independent Colleges.
