摘 要:通过色谱操作条件参数优化,选择适合液化气分析的色谱分离柱和进样方式,减小系统对硫化物的吸附作用。采用GC-AED、GC-MS技术,建立液化气中微量硫化物形态分布的分析方法。硫化物在质量浓度为0.5~70ng/μL,其响应值与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数0.998;单个硫化物(以硫元素计)的最低检测限为0.5g/μL,相对标准偏差小于12%。方法操作简便、灵敏度高,适用于液化气中微量硫化物形态测定。Adsorption function on sulfide tion on operation condition parameters of the by chromatogram system was reduced by optimiza- chromatogram and selection of separation column and sample injection way suit to analysis of liquid gas. Analysis method on form distribution of the trace sulfide in liquid gas was built by adopting gas chromatogram and atomic emission spec- trometry (GC -AED), gas chromatogram and mass spectrometry combination technology (GC - MS). Within quality concentration of the sulfide in 0. 5 - 70 ng/μL, the analysis method response value depend linearly on the sulfide quality concentration well, the linear relationship coefficient was 0.998, the lowest test limit on single sulfide based on sulfur element was 0.5 ng/μL, relative standard deviation was less than 12%. The analysis method possessed simple operation and high sensitivity, which suit to determination on form of the trace sulfide in liquid gas.
