摘　　要：讨论DMF法丁二烯抽提装置影响溶剂精制塔稳定性的各种因素。对影响精制塔稳定性的混合进料配比、进料量、蒸汽量及火炬排空系统压力等因素做了较为全面的分析,并提出了相应对策。Various factors influencing on stability of the solvent refining tower for butadiene extraction unit by DMF method were discussed. The factors such as mixed feed ratio, feedstock quantity, steam quantity and pressure of the torch evacuation system influencing on the stability of the refining tower were analyzed overall, and countermeasures were put forth.
