摘  要:因原油中氯离子含量严重超标,齐鲁炼油厂多套装置分馏塔及换热设备出现不同程度的结盐堵塞甚至腐蚀泄漏现象。经分析发现,第一催化裂化装置进料的四常减三线中氯离子含量升高明显,达80.27 mg/L,超出正常值10倍之多。结合第一催化裂化装置分馏塔结盐期间操作变化情况以及分馏塔在线洗塔及效果,找出了该分馏塔塔顶结盐原因。采取相应措施后,保证了分馏塔正常操作及产品质量的合格,实现了装置的长周期运行。Owing to chloride ion content severely over- standard in the crude oil, different degree salt -out blocking might even to corrosion and emission phenomenon were appearing on the fractionators and exchange heat devices in several unit of Qilu Refinery. The chloride ion content in the No. 3 line feedstock of the No. d atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit in the No. 1 catalytic and cracking plant was found raised obviously reach to be 80. 27 mg/L by analysis, which exceeded ten times of the normal content value. Combined with operation change situation during period of salt - out on fractionator in No. 1 catalytic and cracking unit and online cleaning of the fractionator, salt - out causes in tower top of the fractionator was found. The normal oper- ation and qualified product of the fractionator were ensured by adopting corresponding measures, and long term running of the unit was realized.
