摘 要:将试算法与贝雷法相结合,提出一种适用于再生透水混凝土的再生骨料骨架-空隙级配设计方法。选取3个级配组配方案,先用试算法对再生粗骨料进行初步分档组配,再以贝雷法进行骨架效应验算分析。结果表明:矿质混合料中细档料与粗档料质量比为0.7~1.0时,再生透水混凝土中再生骨料级配易形成骨架,且骨架结构稳定;m(10~25 mm再生粗骨料)∶m(5~10 mm再生粗骨料)=64∶36~80∶20,可使再生骨料透水混凝土获得最优的级配范围。Based on the trial calculation and Bailey method, this paper discusses the skeleton-void grading design method about the gradation design of recycled pervious concrete, among which three grading schemes are selected. The recycled coarse aggregates are preliminarily classified for the collocation with trial meth checking and analysis of the skeleton effect is conducted by the Bailey method. The results show that the ratio is 1.0 - 0.7, the recycled aggregate gradation of recycled concrete is easy to form the skeleton, and skeleton structure is stable. The recycled aggregate ratio m (10 - 25 mm) : m(5 - 10 mm) = 64 : 36 -80 : 20 is obtained as the optimal gradation range of recycled pervious concrete for guiding skeleton-void structure gradation design
