摘　　要：从PEST视角分析了我国职业体育所处的宏观环境,在此基础上确定了其发展定位,并对其定位所面临的主要障碍进行了剖析,进而提出了破除障碍的可行性路径:创建科学的管理理念,厘清职业体育的定位方向;形成激励相容的产权体系,增强职业体育的定位动力;建立有效的运行机制,提高职业体育的定位价值。The authors analyzed the macro environment of China＇s professional sports from the perspective of PEST. Based on the above,we propose its development positioning,analyze the main obstacles to its positioning,and then put forward the feasible paths to remove these barriers： innovating a scientific management philosophy to clarify the positioning direction of professional sports,formatting incentive compatible property rights system to enhance the positioning motivation of professional sports,and establishing an effective operating mechanism to improve the positioning value of professional sports.
