摘  要:为减少羽毛球运动员下肢关节运动损伤,探索加强膝、踝关节稳定性的有效训练方法。通过训练实验、数理统计和比较分析等研究方法,对22名羽毛球国家二级运动员进行为期16周的身体功能训练实验。运用Qualisys三维运动红外采集分析系统和Pedar-X足底压力测量系统,分别对身体功能训练前后羽毛球运动员膝关节、踝关节运动学参数和足底压力参数进行采集,对比分析参数变化特征。研究发现,身体功能训练后运动员膝关节和踝关节落地缓冲角度减少,关节周边肌群力量明显增强,足弓蹬伸发力充分,膝关节和踝关节协同运动能力获得改进。身体功能训练方法对提高运动员膝关节和踝关节稳定性起到了积极的作用。建议把它作为体能训练内容的组成部分,将训练与预防有机结合,有效避免羽毛球运动员下肢运动损伤发生。The purpose is to reduce the sport injury of badminton players in lower limb joints and to explore a newtraining method to strengthen the stability of knee and ankle joints. Through the experimental method,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,the authors carried out a training experiment on body function of 22 badminton national second-level athletes for 16 weeks. Badminton athletes' knees and ankles kinematics parameters and plantar pressure parameters were collected before and after the body functional training with the 3D motion of Qualisys infrared acquisition and analysis system and Pedar-X plantar pressure measurement system,and then analyzed parameter variation characteristics comparatively. The results showed that after the body function training,landing buffer angle of athletes' knee and ankle reduced,joint muscles strength was enhanced significantly,arches kicked fully and knee and ankle joint collaborative exercise capacity improved. Body function training method has the positive effect on the improvement of knee joint and ankle joint stability.The authors recommend it as physical training part of the training and combine training with prevention to effectively avoid the occurrence of sports injuries in lower limbs.
