煤炭企业“三去一降一补”的实践与策略研究——以神华集团为例

摘　　要：结合2016经济工作去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板五大关键任务的政策背景,分析了"三去一降一补"对煤炭企业的重要意义,并结合具体情况,介绍了神华集团推进供给侧结构性改革的实践探索,从而对煤炭行业深入推进供给侧结构性改革、实现全行业健康可持续发展提供参考。In combination with the policy background on the five major key missions of the capacity reduction,inventory decreased,lever removal,cost reduction and shortage improvement in the economic work of 2016 year,the paper analyzed the important significances of the ＂capacity reduction,inventory decreased,lever removal,cost reduction and shortage improvement＂ to the coal enterprises.In combination with the certain condition,the paper introduced the practices and discovery on the supply—side structural reform promoted by Shenhua Group and thus the paper provided the references to the supply-side structural reform promoted by the coal industry and to realize the health and sustainable development of the whole industry.
