摘　　要：司法行政制度是为国家法治建设和司法活动提供服务和保障的法律制度，是中国特色社会主义司法制度的重要组成部分。深化司法行政改革，对於推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化，建设社会主义法治国家具有重要意义。党中央、国务院历来高度重视司法行政工作。党的十八大以来，各级司法行政机关坚持以法治为引领，健全完善司法行政体系，The administration of justice is a legal system which serves and guarantees the state legal system construction and judicial activities. It is an important integral part of the socialist judicial system with Chinese characteristics. Deepening reform in the administration of justice is of great significance for promoting modernization of state governance system and governance capability. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have been paying high attention to the administration of justice. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the departments of administration of justice at all levels have persisted in rule of law as the basis of their work, perfected the system of administration of justice, formulated a few of pillar reform programs on reforming lawyer system,
