人性化心理护理在急诊介入栓塞术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化心理护理在急诊介入栓塞术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将124例急诊介入栓塞术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各62例,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上针对患者的心理问题和应激反应能力给予人性化心理护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),健康调查简表(SF-36)中体能、社会活动、体能影响、精力、身体疼痛、一般健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化心理护理可缓解急诊介入栓塞术患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,提高生活质量和护理满意度。Objective： To explore the application method and effect of humanistic psychological nursing in patients with emergency interventional embolization. Method： A total of 124 cases of emergency interventional embolization patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 62 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine nursing measures,while the observation group was given psychological nursing for the psychological problems and the ability of stress response on the basis of the routine nursing measures. The nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results： The observation group＇s Self-rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS） score,Self-rating Depression Scale（ SDS） score were significanlty lower than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. In the short form health survey（ SF-36）,the physical and social activities,physical impact,energy,body pain,general health scores were significanlty higher than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Nursing satisfaction rare in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Humanistic Psychological nursing can relieve the depression and anxiety of patients undergoing emergency percutaneous coronary intervention,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
