摘　　要：通过问卷调查,了解清远市区域内公共图书馆的资源现状及其对区域联盟建设的意愿,阐述了建立区域数字图书馆联盟建设的必要性,在建设过程的情况分析及建设中遇到的问题,并提出了区域数字图书馆联盟建设的建议。On the basis of questionnaires, the current status of the resource of the public libraries in Qingyuan City and the willingness to construct the regional library consortium are introduced. Then the paper focuses on the necessity to construct such a consortium, its construction and the emerging problems. At last, some suggestions on how to construct the regional digital library consortium are put forward.
