精细化护理干预对中药熏洗治疗痔疮术后患者的影响价值研究

摘　　要：目的:研究并探讨精细化护理干预对中药熏洗治疗痔疮术后患者的影响。方法:选取2015年10月-2016年5月期间本院收治的100例痔疮手术患者作为研究对象,采取单盲随机分组法随机分为两组,每组各50例。所有患者均采用自拟痔瘘洗剂进行中药熏洗治疗,对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施精细化护理干预,比较两组患者的总有效率、临床症状缓解时间以及护理满意度。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在痔疮术后患者的中药熏洗治疗中实施精细化护理干预,可保证患者的临床疗效,促进临床症状的缓解,还可提高患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective： To study and explore the effect of meticulous nursing intervention on the patients with hemorrhoids treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and washing.Method： 100 cases with hemorrhoids surgery in the hospital were selected from October 2015 to May 2016 as the research objects, the patients were randomly divided into two groups by taking the single blind randomized grouping method, 50 cases in each group.All patients were treated with self-made hemorrhoids-fistula lotion for fumigation of Chinese medicine treatment, the control group received routine nursing intervention, the observation group received meticulous nursing intervention.The total efficiency, clinical symptoms time and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result： The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group, the symptoms time in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group, the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The implementation of meticulous nursing intervention in the treatment of Chinese medicine fumigation in patients with hemorrhoids surgery can ensure the clinical efficacy of patients, promote clinical symptoms, also can improve the patient＇s satisfaction with nursing services.
