循证护理在孕产妇心理护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的对孕产妇进行循证护理时加入心理护理的应用效果进行研究。方法选择我院2015年12月—2016年8月进行产前检查等待分娩的孕妇100例,分为对照组与护理组,各50例。对照组孕妇采用常规护理模式,护理组采用心理护理结合循证护理方式对其进行同期护理,并对两组孕妇的剖宫产率以及产后出血率进行记录。结果护理组46例自然分娩;而对照组38例孕妇自然分娩。结论对孕产妇加入循证心理护理能够有效提高其妊娠状况和心理状态质量,为孕妇的康复以及新生儿的成长都有很大的益处。Objective To evidence-based nursing on maternal join to study the application effect of psychological nursing. Methods Selected the hospital from December 2015 to August 2016 for antenatal examination awaiting delivery of 100 cases of pregnant women, which were divided into control group and nursing groups 50 cases each. Control group of pregnant women with normal nursing mode, nursing group used the way of psychological nursing combined with evidence-based nursing care for the same period, and the rate of two groups of pregnant and postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section rate. Results 46 nursing group, natural childbirth; While the control group of 38 pregnant women natural childbirth. Conclusion Joined evidence-based on maternal psychological nursing can effectively improve the quality of their pregnancy status and mental state, for the recovery of the pregnant women and the growth of the newborn has great benefits.
