摘　　要：目的回顾性分析内窥镜采集大隐静脉(EVH)行冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者肢体并发症及护理经验。方法总结2015年1月—2016年8月我科411例用内窥镜采集大隐静脉作为血管桥行冠状动脉旁路移植术的护理经验,分析术后肢体并发症及相关护理策略。结果术后肢体并发症包括下肢麻木13例、皮下隧道内血肿9例,下肢切口中度以上疼痛者6例,下肢肿胀4例,皮肤灼伤4例,切口感染2例。结论作为一种微创取血管的方法,应用内窥镜采集大隐静脉行冠状动脉旁路移植术是安全和值得推荐的,予以针对性护理可提高护理疗效,降低并发症对患者的影响。objective The complications and experiences of lower limbs nursing in cases underwent coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG）with endoscopic saphenous vein harvest（EVH） are analyzed retrospectively. Methods Summarize nursing experiences of411 cases underwent coronary artery bypass grafting with endoscopic saphenous vein harvest from January 2015 to August 2016, and analyze the postoperative complications of lower limbs and related nursing strategies. Results Complications of lower limbs nursing contain, 13 cases of numbness in lower limb, 9 cases of Subcutaneous tunnel hematoma, 6 cases of lower limbs incision above moderate pain, 4 cases of lower limb swelling, Skin burn in 4 cases, 2 cases of infection of incisional wound. Conclusion CABG with EVH is safe and worthy of recommendation as a minimally invasive method of taking of the blood vessels. Imply corresponding nursing methods can improve curative effect and decrease complications of patients.
