摘　　要：通过研究跨境电商和物流产业的发展现状以及相关关系,阐释跨境电商和物流产业发展的困境,基于产业融合理论,建立产业融合模型,着重分析二者共生融合发展的必要性和可行性,并研究两个产业间的互动机制,提出相应的优化路径选择方案。Through the study of the current situation and the relationship of cross-border E-commence and logistics industry, this paper explains the current dilemma of the development of cross-border E-business and logistics industry. This article through the establishment of industrial integration model, feasibility, analyzes two symbiotic fusion development, and study the two inter industry interaction mechanism, put forward the corresponding optimal path selection scheme.
