摘  要:目的探讨1种血细胞分离机不同转速对外周血造血干细胞采集的影响。方法 229例外周血造血干细胞采集病例依1 500、1 550、1 600、1 650、1 700、1 750 r/min分组采集,采集后分别检测干细胞采集物WBC、Hct、Plt、MNC及CD34+细胞比例,统计分析组间差异。结果结果提示,随转速提高,采集物WBC及Plt逐渐升高,而Hct、MNC及CD34+细胞比例则逐渐降低,与1 500 r/min组相比,除WBC无统计学差异(P>0.05),自1 650 r/min组后,均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论不同转速对外周血造血干细胞采集有一定程度影响,采集时应结合临床实际情况采用较低的离心转速[(1 500-1 600)r/min],以保证采集效果。Objective To investigate the effects of different centrifugal speed in one blood cell separator on peripheral blood stem cell collection. Methods 229 peripheral blood stem cell collection cases were divided into 1500,1550,1600,1650,1700 and 1750r/min groups. Then WBC,Hct,Plt,MNC and CD34+cell proportion of collections were detected. The differences between groups were statistically analyzed. Results The results showed that WBC and Plt were raised but HCT,MNC and CD34+cell proportion reduced gradually in collections with rising centrifugal speed. There was statistical significance( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01) in 1 650 r/min group compared with 1 500 r/min group except for WBC( P〉0. 05). Conclusion This shows that the difference in centrifugal speed plays a certain extent on peripheral blood stem cell collection. To ensure optimal collection effect,lower centrifugal speed [( 1 500-1 600) r/min] is appropriate according to clinical condition.
